Customer Support Representative

Are you a passionate homeschooling parent who has extensive experience using Gather 'Round and a natural inclination to help others?
We are a growing Christian homeschool publication company seeking a friendly, professional Customer Support Representative to help us provide prompt and exceptional care to our new and long term customers.
This position is both demanding and rewarding, and we are looking for someone who has availability along with flexibility in their schedule, a high capacity to handle a large volume of new information, and the ability to quickly determine when and where to apply that information either in sharing it with customers or executing required tasks.
We use a variety of digital platforms to connect our remote workplace and manage customer interactions and orders. If you're someone who learns quickly, thrives with variety and change, and enjoys helping encourage and equip families in their homeschool journey we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Respond to a variety of customer inquiries
- Provide accurate product information
- Manage customer orders
- Communicate between teams to problem solve
- Assist with administrative projects
Must Have
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Warm and professional nature
- Digital literacy to manage remote work
- Ability to work independently
- Extensive experience using Gather 'Round
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo and Shopify
- Fast typing speed
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Resourcefulness to find relevant information
- Fantastic multitasking ability
